OUR PEOPLE

Sarah, a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser, has been a longstanding member of the Business Tax Group, joining the firm over 20 years ago on an ACA training contract within the audit department. In 2002, she transferred to the Business Tax Group at the firm’s London office.

She advises on a wide range of business and corporate tax matters for both owner managed businesses (companies and partnerships) and multinational groups headed by UK companies or with UK subsidiaries. She also provides business tax compliance services to a broad range of clients, including businesses involved in art, investment advisory, software department and property investment. Her specialisms include the substantial shareholding exemption, R&D tax relief and the UK reporting fund regime.
